Most of the time I’m a smoothie for breakfast person but every once in a while I want real food for breakfast & something filling! I searched Pinterest for some ideas and pulled from lots of recipes things I like to come up with this and it’s delicious and healthy. It makes 4 servings that are 5 Weight Watchers smart points each.
2 Aidell’s Chicken & Apple Sausage Links
1 Sweet Potato
1 Regular Potato
1/2 Bag of Frozen Onions, Red & Green Peppers Mix
Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Garlic Powder
Grease a baking pan and then mix up cut up sausage, potatoes and veggies on it. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano.
I added a generous shake of garlic powder as well.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes and then serve.
