The day of the rehearsal was full of last minute wedding errands, nail appointments & finalizing packing for the weekend! It was a hectic but fun day! Darlene, Katlin & I got so much accomplished and I even got to spend a little time with my groom 🙂
Once we arrived at the Plantation, everything started moving along quickly. I have a heart arrhythmia that doesn’t act up as much anymore but I guess the stress of everything caught up to me and I had an episode on the way downstairs to our rehearsal :/ So we ended up having to delay it for a few minutes while I waited for my heart to settle down! That was really the only time I felt stressed so I guess my body just needed to get it out of its system!
We had been so busy the week of the wedding that I don’t think the emotions of it had really hit me at this point. When we started the rehearsal, I was fine but when it came time for my Dad to walk me down the aisle towards Jared something just changed. I can’t honestly put it into words but Jared and I both felt it! I couldn’t take my eyes off of his and I felt like I was floating in his direction. It was the most perfect moment and I think that’s what kept me at ease the whole wedding weekend.
